I will plant trees seeds on your land

Do you have unbuildable (or buildable) land that you're not using, that isn't already covered in trees? I'd love to come seed it with a variety of local tree seeds (oaks, pines, etc), I've had decent luck having these types of trees germinate with no intervention in the past. There's a lot of factors that could determine success like rainfall and soil quality, so I can't make any promises. The best time to plant a tree is 50 years ago, but a good time is today.
