General Contractor has multiple positions opening for immediate hire.
Maintenance Tech:
Employee is to drive to each complex and fix things that are wrong with the unit.
Must speak and write in English.
Must be able to be on call for one week a month for after hours and weekend emergency calls.
Must have knowledge in plumbing, heating, minor electrical, sewer and drain and other general maintenance.
Must have own set of tools.
Bring a list of abilities and experiences working in Maintenance.
This company pays on a commission basis (roughly $27.00 an hour).
Painter:
1 year worth of experience in painting.
Must know how to use and clean sprayer.
Must be organized and clean.
Must speak and write in English.
This company pays on a commission basis (roughly $27.00 an hour).
Carpenter:
3 years of experience in building and construction.
Must have your own tools
Must speak and write in English
This company pays on a commission basis (roughly $27.00 an hour).
Hours of operation are 8:30- 5:30
