Press release from the Washington County Government: September 7, 2021 Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, all traffic for all services at the Washington County Health Department will enter from the front entrance at 219 Princeton Road in Johnson City.  This includes those arriving for drive-thru COVID testing. Drive-through COVID testing will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Self-test kits will be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. For individuals wishing to pick up a self-test kit, please pull up to the front of the building and dial 423-975-2200.   Individuals using self-test kits must be 18 years or older and have a smart phone and email address.   COVID vaccine will be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. inside the facility.  The mission of the Tennessee Department of Health is to protect, promote and improve the health and prosperity of people in Tennessee.
