First, today's weather: Mostly cloudy throughout the day. High: 95 Low: 62. Here are the top stories in Sacramento today: Fire broke out early Wednesday morning at the Sacramento Shade RV Park on Auburn Blvd. Investigators are looking into what started the blaze. One resident reported hearing explosions as the fire broke out. Investigators say that at least 4 RVs were damaged, but no injuries have been reported. (CBS Sacramento) Officials say we should plan for prolonged periods of poor air quality due to smoke from the wildfires until fire activity is greatly diminished. Coastal winds brought smoky conditions back into the northern Sacramento Valley Tuesday night, and unfortunately, smoke and air quality impacts will persist for areas directly downwind of the Dixie Fire, Caldor Fire, and the Bridge fire near Auburn. (ABC10) Authorities are asking for help in finding a missing woman who may be at-risk due to medical conditions that may leave her confused and unable to care for herself. According to police 46-year-old Patricia Inman was last seen Monday night driving a white 2011 Kia Forte with the license plate number 8VYL143 along the 3800 block of Knightlinger Street. Anyone who sees Inman or knows where she might be is urged to call police at (916) 807-5471. (CBS Sacramento)The suspect in a Land Park rape and homicide was arraigned in court on Tuesday. Troy Davis, 51, was arraigned on multiple charges including murder, burglary, arson and intent to rape. He did not enter a plea. Due to special circumstances, he will be eligible for the death penalty. Davis was previously released from custody on his own recognizance due to "zero bail" policies following auto theft charges and missing his arraignment on June 22. (ABC10) The family is looking for answers to a hit-and-run accident that happened along Highway 50 near Prairie City Road in August. The victim, Dominic Dagsher, 22, left his home at around midnight to go to get food and never made it home. According to his mother they know that, at some point, Dominic was violently attacked and stabbed by someone. They believe that is why he crashed his truck along the median of the highway. He left his truck after the crash and was hit by an oncoming car that did not stop. The family is looking for someone to come forward with answers.
