Warehouse Operations Specialist Overview: Support the operations team in meeting hose assembly build and quality control targets, preparing outgoing customer orders, inventory receiving and management, entering and tracking orders, and making pickups and deliveries as needed. Goals     Hose assemblies built 3 weeks ahead of schedule     1 external quality control issue per 2 months     95% on time deliveries met NOTE: no prior experience required - on the job training provided during first 3 months. Responsibilities Hose Assembly Build and Quality Control     Build hose assemblies to customer specifications.       Make and apply hose assembly labels according to customer requirements     If someone else made hose assemblies, quality control hose assemblies.      Ensure adequate inventory is available to maintain 3 week production goal.      Maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion     Maintain equipment regularly to ensure we can deliver on our promises Customer Support     Pick and prepare orders to be delivered     Deliver orders to customers using company truck     Receive inventory into the shop and get to its proper location.     Respond to customer inquiries and update customers as it relates to status of orders, deliveries, etc.     Answer the phone as calls come into the building     Enter orders into our system and with suppliers     Prepare pick lists and labels from customer POs     Communicate information to the appropriate sales team member as you learn updates from suppliers and customers so that they may follow-up appropriately     Contribute to priorities of the org and ops team
