CBS Philadelphia September 8, 2021 A loose bull is the talk of a Bucks County town. The bull turned many heads along Route 113, near Route 309, in Hilltown Township on Tuesday afternoon. As you can imagine, many drivers slowed down to take a better look, causing some traffic issues. Police say the bull was later captured and reunited with its owner.
