The worst. The absolute worst. I called today with a simple question. I was put on hold five times, directed to another person at least four times, and was disconnected three times. Their customer service menu is ridiculous. I am sorry I have trash service with this company. They continually raise their rates. The men who pick up the trash do a good job, but if you need to get some help when you call Waste Management, good luck.
