Home Ready Punch List, a local handyman service is hiring both skilled and general labor. Scope of Service: Services range from general carpentry, drywall, basic electrical service, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, windows and doors, exterior maintenance, deck restoration and other general maintenance tasks. Preferable Skill set Include: Residential Remodeling, Interior/ Exterior Painting, Experience with basic Plumbing, Electrical, Framing/ Finish Carpentry, Drywall Installation and Finishing, Flooring, Countertop Installation, Roof and Gutter Repair/ Installation and General Renovation and Construction Principles. Essential Functions: • Must be able to work in a high paced environment • Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) and your own tools. • Must be able to proactively identify issues with the property that could impact Health and Safety concerns • Able to work independently with little to no supervision • Can handle projects at multiple properties • Maintains inventory of commonly used products and equipment • Prioritizes and documents repairs per policy and standard operating procedure Most projects run from a hour to a full day. On any day you may be working with a partner. Good attitude, clean appearance, drug and alcohol free, no smoking, able to interact with clients in a professional manner. Very good pay with bonus potential. This position will earn between $27,000 - $40,000 depending on your experience and your ability to achieve a satisfactory level of performance.
