3 male white chinese geese and 5 male ducks

Description

I have 3 male geese and 7 male ducks that need new homes. I really dont want them to be killed/eaten, so please don't take them if that's your intention.. I wouldn't mind staying in touch to see a pic of them every once in a while. I would keep them if I could, but I simply have too many males. I would not recommend geese to someone who hasn't had them before, it will probably take time for them to warm up to you, as geese can be aggressive, plus geese are a long time commitment, geese often live 10+ years.(ducks can too, but it can depend on species/genes, both geese and ducks have been recorded living 20+ years, but thats uncommon to varying degrees.) I feed them a mix of cracked corn/layer feed/scratch feed/ various veggies/fruits. They spend the day out of the pen foraging for insects and grass. Sometimes I include oystershell and 'rooster booster'(liquid vitamins) in their water/food(not very often). I recommend adding water to any feed when you give it to them, they can eat it much easier and you won't have to worry about them choking. Especially since these ones have been raised eating feed in water, so they may be more likely to choke if it's dry. I also recommend a kiddie pool so they can clean their feathers(if you don't have a pond/other fresh water source). The ducks feather colors change depending on the season, right now they look pretty dull and 'bedraggled' due to molting, but their feathers will change back to the bright shiney colors in time. Most of them have a very pretty silvery shading on their feathers, which I believe is from the blue swedish in them. the geese are white chinese and the ducks are mixed. All these ducks I hatched myself and their possible parents were between 5 ducks, a crested blue swedish, a rouen mix, a crested fawn&white, a crested buff, and a brown&white. so several have crested genes and could possibly pass it on(so far they haven't so it may skip a generation or they just aren't passing the genes on), so if you hatch eggs off of them, don't be worried if some of the ducklings have a little fluffy bit on their head! (And definitely don't try to pull it off!) The geese were hatched April 30, 2020, and the ducks were hatched around Oct 2020 so all of them are under 2 years old. 2 of the ducks hatched may 15 2021(the ones in the last pics) Rehoming fee: White chinese- 50$ each Ducks: 15$ each I would be willing to lower the pricesĀ  to 40$ and 10$ if you can guarantee you won't be killing/eating them.(I know there isn't any real guarentee, but I'm hoping people will be honest..) They mean a lot to me and I'd really like for them to go to good homes. If you ever need help or have questions about something with them, you can always message me. I'm not an expert, but I've raised geese for a few years, and raised ducks for 10+ years, so I might be able to help. I live near centre Alabama, and am willing to meet halfway depending on how far you are. We can meet in a parking lot like walmart or whatever other public area you'd prefer. While I have written a lot here, I'm not much of a talker in person, so please don't be offended if I seem quiet. Sorry for the long description, I just want them to go to someone who will love them as much as I do. I know it's a long shot since they're males, but maybe there's some lonely lady ducks and geese out there that need a male? If you have any questions about them, feel free to ask.
