Pick up and discard dirt

I have around one and a half cubic yards of dirt, mulch, and a little small stone that I need picked up and hauled away. I’ll leave it to you to discard how you see fit. Most of the mulch is on tarps. About a quarter of it is on the bare ground. That dirt I need scooped up so it’s back to nearly grass/flat earth. It’s been sitting there awhile so there are weeds growing in it. I will pay upon all the materials being loaded into your vehicle. Ive been ripped off on CL 2/2 times, so I apologize for having to do that.
