TROY — The Troy Police Department on Wednesday afternoon said a power outage in northeast Troy has caused several down traffic lights on Crooks from Big Beaver to South Blvd and flashing red lights on Livernois from Kirts Blvd to 14 Mile Road. A power outage on the NE side of Troy has been reported due to down wires on Crooks north of Big Beaver. Traffic lights are out on Crooks from Big Beaver to South Blvd and flashing red on Livernois from Kirts Blvd to 14 Mile.
