Single Family Home in of a Clean Out! We are a real estate office with a local listing in (New Castle, PA) Home is about 1,500 sq. ft. having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this property needs a clean out of furniture, debris, and garbage that was left in home, I'm looking for anyone or a crew that has experience working in the preservation business for banks and real estate offices and knows or has a background in what is expected. This property may have other issues that may need attention and we are open to suggestions. We of course are offering a tour of this home prior to bid submission so that you have a firsthand look at what needs to be done. What is needed: - Have your own transportation to & from site. - Before and after photos of every room & work done are to be emailed or texted (needed in order to obtain payment). - A complete clean out of: garbage, clothes, furniture, debris, etc. is needed please note everything cleaned out of the home may NOT be left at the premises of the home they are to be hauled away or placed in a dumpster. - Any working windows may be left wide open during cleanup to air out the home while being cleaned. - Air Fresheners to be left throughout home when job is done. Payment Methods once job is complete are as follows & there are Absolutely no exceptions: - PayPal / Venmo / Cashapp - Check in the mail **Please note** this home is vacant and all utilities (electric/water) are off meaning you will have to bring your own supplies such as lighting if needed, trash bags, etc. in order to complete this job.
