Experienced handyman needed on an as-needed basis, just outside (6 miles west) of Greenville, PA for various small home projects such as: reinstall cabinet door that has come off, fix hinges on cabinet doors, install screen door on french doors, install rubber sweeps on bottom of doors, repair starter on grill, fix gate latches that stick or replace, install output chute on mower, figure out shorted outdoor fuse, install rack for kayak and/or bike in garage, fix doors that are sticking (may be sanding, adjusting hinges, and repainting), repair gates to garden, etc. More work available/possible ongoing. Indoor trim painting work also if desired/experienced. Outdoor brush work also available if desired - clearing brush (briars/blackberry/rose bushes, tall weeds) from around apple trees. Prefer someone able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to go up and down stairs (basement or 2nd floor), and have own transportation. Prefer someone with electrical experience and/or chain saw experience as well, but not required. $16-18/hour negotiable depending on experience.
