My mistake. $400 million while John Kerry, our new Sec. of State was over there, NON SANCTIONED, licking their balls. "It was their money!" the complainer wrote. Well, without that money, which probably was US money in the first place, terrorism was ground to a halt in the world. When Odumbo gave all that money to Iran they immediately began operations in Lebanon, Syria, Libya, the West Bank and the Golan Heights. Coincidence? Ask Sec. of State Kerry.
