Working band needs female backup vocalist/keys

We are an established band that gigs about 4-5 times a month doing Top 40 cover music. We are fronted by a female singer and would like a backup female vocalist who can sing harmonies and is comfortable singing lead 4-5 x a night. Being able to play some keys would be a huge plus.
