Description
I tried many times, getting in touch with the mobile mechanics locally. Probably a good mechanic, and terrible business man.
I have a 97 Dodge Dakota, 42RE auto trans. I have a rebuilt on hand. Just need them swapped. The trans lines, torque converter bolt, harness will be disconnected. I have a trans jack on hand. Will be up on ramps. It's. 3.9L V6 I'll leave 2 bell housing bolts hand tight, and the trans mount intact. It will be dry (except for what doesn't drain back from converter), driveline removed also. Drop the old, install the new the same as you found this one. You MUST have experience, and tools. Better if you know Mopar. I'll reinstall everything else myself. No scams, $ after you finish. I can help getting the old trans off the jack & help strap it back on. And help you guide it. I have MS, so muscles don't work as they should. Text only please. No pro mechanics or shops.
