Description
Needing to somewhat urgently re-home my 6 1/2 month old male Pit Bull mix puppy. His name is Rudy. I took him in because he was abandoned in a parking lot, and decided to nurse him to health. He was seen by a vet and received all of his initial vaccinations, including Rabies. It is now time to find him a permanent home. The urgency exists because there is another dog in the house that still will not tolerate the puppy’s presence. This has led to large blocks of time where Rudy has to be isolated in a small room, and it’s starting to lead to behavioral issues.
Rudy is gentle, affectionate, and loyal. He loves to cuddle, but enjoys playing too. He is for the most part housebroken, with only the occasional accident. He does fairly well on a leash.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Rudy has some behavioral issues. He’s a puppy. He chews. He does enjoy chews toys and bones, but still manages to find things to chew on. He does this primarily if he is left alone for a long period of time. He knows how to break out of the kennel I got for him. He also has a bit of separation anxiety. He would much rather be with people than be alone. And lastly, he tends to get a little carsick on longer car rides.
He comes with the remainder of his food, a dog bed, a few toys, and his food and water dish. I am asking for a $30 rehoming fee.
Rudy is a great dog, and will be a fantastic addition to someone’s family. Please contact me if interested. Again, i would rather do this sooner than later. Rudy deserves to be happy with a family.
