Position Title: Training Consultant Wage: $14.42/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-5:30pm Do you enjoy teaching and helping others? QPS has partnered with a nonprofit organization that delivers awesome training resources to satisfy learning needs anytime, anywhere, and in any format to individuals and teams. This laid back and family-oriented company is looking for hard-working, friendly, and determined individuals for their Training Consultant opened positions. Temp to hire on 1st shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Use outbound sales techniques, such as phone calls and emails, to generate interest in the eLearning product line - Consult and recommend training programs based on customer needs - Develop relationships and establish new and repeat business - maintain 100% customer satisfaction and expand business in assigned accounts - Meet and exceed sales, cash collections, and outbound marketing minimums - maintain a healthy and producing sales funnel - Successfully complete training modules - provide coaching and feedback when needed - Use a computer and phone for several hours at a time - Communicate effectively and professionally with consumers, managers, and all other employees - Contact potential customers by telephone to offer learning opportunities and resources - approximately 60 calls daily - Achieve and maintain assigned collections quotas and production standards Requirements: - Sit for prolonged periods of time and be camera ready by start of shift - Positive and professional attitude while working with team and customers - Work off computer screen for prolonged periods of time - Excellent skills with Excel and Microsoft Word - Sit for 8 hours - Type at least the minimum standard which is 25 WPM - Attention to detail - Time management skills - Goal-orientated and determined - Great customer service Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Commission once hired on QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
