Applicants should have a general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, general building and apartment maintenance and have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot items requiring service/maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring all vacant units are rent ready, complete work requests in a timely and efficient manner, and preventative and corrective maintenance for apartments and buildings. Experience with appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting and wall repair is also preferred. Pool Maintenance experience is a plus! Will frequently lift objects 25-75 lbs. Driving is required for most positions, valid DL needed unless driving is not a requirement for the job. Own personal hand tools is also preferred.
