Construction Tech/ Handyman Skilled Compensation: $22.00/ Hour - $27.00/ Hour (depending on experience) Employment type: full-time Job description: *Looking for Handyman (Lemon Grove) who has experience in the following areas: - New Drywall and patching - Mud, Tapping, texturing and matching textures - Painting (two color cut in) - Flooring (tile, wood, laminate) - Cabinets installation - Countertop installation - Doors - Casing, Baseboards and molding - Light Electrical - Plumbing Education/basic requirements: * Residential construction knowledge a must * Must have own tools * Willingness to teach others, learn and able to follow instructions* * Own Adequate and reliable transportation/ dependable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent combination of education. * Valid Driver's License w/ DMV printout * Cleanliness, communication, and quality of work ARE PRIORITY. * Practices safe and secure working environment and material handling methods. * Complete task in an efficient and cordially manner. *Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, bend and reach in confined spaces, stand, push and pull equipment, and etc. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday,7am - 3:30pm and some weekends Please attach resume!!!!
