If you love generally helping people (even little people) and like to learn new things, this could be a great fit for you! We have a unique household where we need a caregiver for a mom of two grade school-aged children. Mom is named Amanda. She is 45, quadriplegic, and very active with her children. No prior caregiving experience is required as we feel confident teaching you everything she needs, which includes helping in the bathroom, meal prepping, feeding, driving, lifting (in some cases) and playing with her kids! We provide all meals and we have an option for 50% of health insurance premiums. We prefer employment to last at least one year, if not longer, but this is not mandatory. We prefer vaccinated caregivers, or at least ones willing to be vaccinated. If you are not willing to be vaccinated, we would love to discuss any possible workarounds. We are currently requiring our caregivers to wear masks. Also, it’s definitely a big plus for caregivers to be physically fit! There could be some flexibility in the schedule, but we are looking to fill Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM. If you are available on different days, please advise in your response. There are always things opening up and schedules shifting.
