Did my claim start 4/18/2020 or should the start date of my claim actually be on 1/9/2021? I was just let go from employment last month and the OED started a new claim 8/27/2021 instead of a restart claim since the OED says my previous claim expired. Am I making any sense? In my opinion my unemployment claim should be valid from 1/9/2021 until 1/9/2022. Correct? If so how do I rectify it? If not then I guess following the advice to file PUA was really a shot in the foot. Costing me $$ a month using the denied PUA start date. Total bummer. Thank you
