Why women and minorities deserve to earn less than white men! White men have been in charge of the country from the very beginning. They could have fixed this discrepancy over all these years, but haven’t. They haven’t fixed the problem and are proud that they are on top and everyone else is beneath them. If all women and minorities united and voted for people that have a proven record of equality things will change. Until then shut up and take what you have coming!
