Marine Hull Work Needed

Hello, I have a 1975 Catalina 22. I'm trying to see if anyone is able to do some work for me. I need the hull to be painted with a barrier coat. Im thinking Interlux 2000e Or something similar. Some back story. The gel coat grazing on the bottom of the hull was impossible to repair. So I decided to sand it down to the fiberglass hull with the intention of repairing it myself. Im unable to do so however because I lack a flat surface to jack the boat up to get to the hull under the bunks.
