Mobile Wheel Repair Technician (Carnegie)
compensation: $18.75 Hr with opportunity for commission,
eye, dental, and medical benefits,
employment type: full-time 8:30-5:00 M-F will consider flex time for right candidate
Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists Pittsburgh is looking for a motivated self starter. Technicians are provided with company paid training and technical support.
Technician's job duties include but are not limited to;
Repairing damaged automotive wheels in one of our fixed locations or in a Mobile Reconditioning Facility (MRF).
Follows approved repair methods using the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality repairs.
Ensures that all equipment, materials, and areas of operation conform to health and safety regulations and requirements. Maintains clean working area.
Maintains accurate and complete work records. Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location.
Maintains an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
Candidate must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must pass DMV, background and drug tests
Qualifications
Knowledge of safe driving practices, must have valid PA driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to handle, lift, carry, remove and install (up to 75 lbs.) wheels
Ability to operate various hand and power tools and equipment.
Ability to Work unsupervised.
Skill in providing World Class customer service
Skill in Verbal communications and effective listening
Skill in planning and organizing work
Military, mechanical, collision or aeronautic experience a plus
