Looking for shared rehearsal space

Hi, My new group is looking for a rehearsal space. Looking for a spot we can use 1 or 2 days/evenings a week (preferably including Monday evening but other days would be ok too). Would be happy to chip in $250 toward the rent. Let me know if we can make it work. We are clean, responsible guys in our 30s. We have our own gear, but if there's a drum kit we can use, that's a plus. Thanks.
