As a Crew Leader you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the paint business and to put together a great team to take care of each other. To be successful in this role you should be a thoughtful leader, and confident decision making in helping the team develop good work habits and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise and ultimately you will help the company grow and thrive. Experience is a must - 7 years plus, indoor and outdoor residential and commercial painting. Must be reliable and on time. Teach all team members to be able to collaborate with other painters on the job site. Ability to work independently to achieve completion of the job. Knowledgeable of paint finish types and correct applications. Must know how to use the following equipment: Spray Gun - for paint Brush, roller, striping machine, taping, masking, sand blaster, air compressor, dry wall tools,
