Brothers Concrete Cutting is looking to hire full-time workers with the flexibility and willingness to work any/all hours. Construction experience not necessary. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass random drug tests.
Job has odd hours; early mornings, some nights and weekends. Must come prepared to work when needed. Busy season is summer through autumn, with work slowing down in the winter. Looking to fill laborer position which includes demo work, vacuum-trailer operator, etc.
Starting pay $15-$20/HR with potential to earn prevailing wage( $32-$48/hr). Once established, incentive days (2 paid days off per quarter) and vacation pay can be earned. Health benefits available after 60 days, 401K option available after 1 year for employees 21 and older.
First 30 days on job will be a trial period. Punctuality, and willingness to work being key.
