Moving from Arlington to Falls Church

I need to move this weekend, most likely Sunday, from Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington to a location in Falls Church. Distance is 10 miles. I have the following in my apartment which need to be moved. 1) 8 to 10 medium size boxes 2) a queen size bed and adjustable bed stand and remote 3) a large IKEA desk and matching swivel chair 4) foldable exercise bench and one set of 10lb dumbbells 5) a kitchen floor rack for holding small kitchen appliances - very lightweight Move should take a maximum of 90 minutes with the right truck, maybe even an hour if one trip. I only need one person. I can help you move everything.
