Repertoire is 80s/90s/2000s. A majority of the material is female fronted modern pop music. Must be able to deliver solid/consistent/high energy performances covering about 70% of the night. We cover a wide range of material (RnB, Pop, Rock, Country) but with heavy emphasis on female modern pop. The band consists of seasoned pros dedicated to reproducing the music as close to the recorded version as possible. Shows are a mixture of clubs and high-end private events (country clubs, golf courses, etc). We have been contracted to perform an average of 3 gigs per month, however, at our busiest, the band has been booked up to as many as 5x per month. (this is also fluid with COVID limitations). The band has played at the region's best venues (Farm Brew Live, State Theatre, Fager’s Island, Jetty, Caddies, Champions etc). Gigs are usually within a 2-hour radius of Baltimore. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: *Strong lead vocals (pop oriented) front person with the ability to captivate an audience *Professional, serious attitude *Must be able to harmonize well *Must be a self-starter, the desire to take initiative, and be a consistent communicator who is responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. *Must be able to handle occasional constructive criticism (this goes for all of us!) while also being self-aware and taking the initiative to make changes and improvements on your own.
