Immediate need for multiple positions. All open positions provide Medical, Dental Insurance, Retirement w/Company Match, Paid Vacation and Holidays. Pay is competitive and depends on experience. Asphalt Roller / Luteman / Jackman / Laborer • Demonstrate familiarity and ability to operate assigned heavy construction equipment · • Perform daily operator checks prior to starting any assigned piece of equipment including, but not limited to the following: Safety components, fluid levels, operator greasing functions, wear items and equipment general conditions • Operate equipment in a manner to maximize production and job efficiency and to maintain safe conditions to yourself and co-workers • Asphalt Roller Operator whose primary duty will be to operate self-propelled steel-wheeled, rubber tired, vibrator, segmented or other type of rollers to compact asphalt surfaces. They will also distribute, break down, compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt. They must have knowledge of rolling patterns and applications to achieve compaction and smoothness and determine speed and direction of the machine based on the compressibility of material under changing temperatures. Heavy Equipment Operator / Grader / Fine Grader • Operate construction equipment including motor graders, bulldozers, backhoes, front-end loaders or hydraulic excavators to excavate, move, and grade earth in preparation for asphalt pavement on roadways, parking lots and other commercial and residential projects. • Experience operating machinery to spread, smooth and level earth, stone or asphalt on job sites. Operate grading and compacting machinery and adjust machine settings to achieve finished grading per plans and reference depth gauge markers while avoiding low spots and surface defects. Fully prep aggregate and other intermediate surfaces for final paving process. • Inspect, clean, maintain equipment. Conduct pre-shift inspections and report to supervisors. Follow all applicable safety regulations. Dump Truck Driver • Perform truck inspections daily • Load asphalt, rock and dirt and haul to/from job sites • Dump on the job and in asphalt paver Heavy Equipment Mechanic • Repair automobiles (trucks) gas and diesel, heavy construction equipment, and small engine repair • Maintain vehicle fleet, fuel logs, equipment inspection sheets and other shop administration duties • Ability to work in a fast paced repair environment with multiple projects • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently meeting deadlines a must
