put up and take down old ramp

Lady in need of someone to take down a ramp and build a new one either with wood or metal. This lady is handicapped and can not walk. Due to her illnesses, she has a little money, but can not afford to pay a lot of money for the services that she needs, her old ramp is coming apart, and i am afraid she and i might go through it some day. I am her caregiver, I also live with her. I was praying someone or origination would step in and help her at this time to make her life a little easier. If you can be of help please contact me as to what you can do to help this lady out, she has also been a Aid Teacher for the Colonial Heights School System for a number of years.
