Contractor seeking a journeyman with small crew to re-pipe (pex) an existing small residence. 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, a couple of sill cocks. Existing galvanized will soon expire. Project has a new shut-off and water heater. Plumbing is pretty simple, but access is only 2 foot crawl space. Contractor will take care of holes, access, patching, etc. Please respond with experience, etc.
