This position is responsible for assisting the farm managers with raising birds from 1 day of age to market. Daily Duties • Perform a morning check, removing any mortality that has occurred within the last day. • Read feed bins. • Wash waters and flush water lines • Spread shavings as needed in barns to maintain proper conditions • Perform noon checks as needed to assist farm managers • Observe, report and react to changes in bird health and activity • Control barn ventilation and conditions We offer competitive wages, health insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling, paths for learning and advancement, and a fun and changing work environment.
