We manage a mixed-income, mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities. Our Groundskeeper maintains a high-quality level of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal in all parts of the site, including building’s common areas, interiors, grounds and parking areas. Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include trash removal, general landscaping, removal of debris and upkeep of sidewalks throughout the seasons. A successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. They will also have experience using an array of landscaping tools including lawn mowers, hedgers and snow removal equipment. The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
