Seeking hourly studio space with natural light

Hi, I'm an accomplished amateur photographer looking to shoot with models for 1-2 hour sessions and would like to find a spot available for rent for a couple of hours at a time. It need not be a formal studio - many of those don't do short rentals. I'm just looking for good natural light. It could be an artist's loft or studio, a room in an apartment or house, an office. Honestly the furnishings (if any) are irrelevant, and I don't use lighting, so all I need is a space with good natural light. Will pay cash $100 per shoot lasting between 1-2 hours. Thank you
