Handyman wanted for bedroom outlets not working

Prefer licensed/bonded handyman. Please let me know why I should hire you since you know I will get 100 responses in the first 10 minutes. Outlets in the bedroom get about 104 volts instead of 120. Breaker appears to be getting 120 for the line. Electrician believes a loose ground wire in one of the outlets is the issue. They were all working prior to plugging in a vaccum cleaner to try to vacuum so that would make sense. Need a handyman to come out and fix.
