I'm looking to get the Condo Completely Re-Painted And the patching has been done, so this will restore the walls to their original condition. It will be standard, 2-coats of paint, in Linen-White and I will supply that, for you. Trim around all rooms: Living Room / Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom - to be repainted in white. It's a 900sf 1-Br Condo, with 10' walls, and a Concrete ceiling (which does not need paint) So It's a lot of surface area, and some corners, and there's a hard-wood floor, and bedroom carpet to keep clean Looking to take estimates bids on it this week, and then get the job done, soon after that. Looking for a legit contractor The Building will require you to have an insurance certificate, specifically with their name on it. And worker-comp insurance, as well ! You will not be Allowed in the building to do the work without these; In fact, we can't even get the job scheduled
