What does the position entail? Teamwork – You will be responsible for directing, supervising, and motivating Window Cleaning Technicians while effectively assisting in the completion of assigned services. Sales – You’ll be responsible for upselling exterior care services while onsite completing assigned services. Customer Satisfaction – You’ll be responsible for answering customer questions in a kind, courteous, and respectful manner. You’ll also be expected to perform final walkthroughs with customers once services are complete. Attention to Detail – You’ll be responsible for following established systems to complete services correctly and completely within a scheduled time frame. This responsibility includes working closely with our Owner and Office Manager to set a strategy for completing large services. Critical Thinking – You’ll be expected to quickly find appropriate solutions to complex problems. Integrity & Reliability – You must have great attendance, a positive attitude, be honest, have conflict-resolution skills, and be a stellar communicator. Organization & Efficiency – You will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of vehicles, our shop area, tools, and machinery. Our ideal candidate is tidy, organized, and doesn’t mind going the extra mile to ensure our spaces are functional and clean. Miscellaneous – You must be able to use GPS, lift 50 pounds repetitively, be comfortable with heights, and be willing to work in all weather conditions. You may occasionally be called upon to assist in training new Window Cleaning Technicians. What’s required? Prior work experience: 1-2 years prior experience in a leadership role in a related or maintenance adjacent field. Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Licenses: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record Miscellaneous Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from work; willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check We look forward to meeting you!
