Pinnacle Maintenance Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician who has experience with renovations, apartment turns, appliance repair, electrical, painting & plumbing. Qualifications and requirements include: Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment and/or commercial office maintenance required Great customer service, trust worthy Demonstrated proficiency in areas of light plumbing and electrical Be punctual, and have reliable transportation, valid driver's license. Must have work related tools Able to travel within multiple properties Willing to respond to after hour emergencies Able to lift up to 50lbs, push and pull up to 100lbs daily Basic computer skills, must be able to enter work order status update Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building maintenance, including completing work orders in occupied homes or offices. Perform basic to intermediate plumbing duties such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, replacing water heater elements, etc Conduct basic to intermediate electrical (license not required) such as replacing fixtures and outlets Replace kitchen sinks, window screens, garbage disposal, blinds, fixtures, hardware, other appliances, interior and exterior painting Perform light carpentry and drywall work Assist with special projects as needed Hourly rate DOE $23-$35 - Full Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Offered - Paid Holidays, Sick Leave & Vacation - Company Vehicle & Gas Card Background check required.
