Job Description Calling all Uber and Lyft drivers-others as well-that want to make a guaranteed rate every day, at any time of the day, while still having a completely flexible schedule. Instead of driving for Uber or Lift, we will pay you to drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed-looking houses in Ingham County based on certain criteria. Some things you will look for include peeling paint, unkempt yard, etc. The Bandit Sign Poster position would pay $3.00 per sign posted and a $100 bonus if I buy and close on any properties. The bonus would not be an overnight matter as we are dealing with real estate. Once you post a sign, you would need to take a photo of the sign you just posted and add it to a different assigned app. This job is only as needed. This app invite link would be sent as something bonus to real estate driver position link invite. When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone. App Invite Link will be sent to possible applicants. A key part of this job will also be software testing. We will listen to your feedback, daily, about what we can improve in the app. If you experience a crash or something unexpected in the software, we will use your feedback to fix any issues as soon as possible. This will help thousands of other members across the United States have an incredible experience with the real estate driver app because of your feedback. We expect to have hundreds of applicants and we are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small paid assignment that includes setting up the app and demonstrating the ability to use the app as part of the selection process.
