Deaf pit bull needs a new home

I have a small white deaf pit bull with his ears cropped. Nothing but compliments when walking him. Hes scared of everything cause he cant hear so we keep him in a cage which he prefers so you cant sneak up on him. Hes a really good dog. About 3 years we've had him so he's probably around 4 yrs old. He's kind of a little guy. I just cant take care of him anymore so he doesn't get walked much. Rehoming fee so he doesn't go to someone that shouldn't have him. He's been cut so no breeding.
