Tree Services is an industry with room to gain certifications, learn valuable skills and build a career. We are willing to train entry-level candidates, but we also have openings for skilled tree climbers and tree trimmers. About our Crew Member Position · Operate a chainsaw, skid loader, and wood chipper · Trim & stack logs · Run brush through the wood chipper · Assist with clean up at job sites · Drive company truck & trailer · Handle ropes & rigging · Serve as the “grounds person” on our crew by supporting our tree climbers & aerial lift operators · Start in an Entry-level position and advance through on-the-job training · Great job for someone with a background in landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, etc. What we look for in a Crew Member · Active: Loves to work outdoors doing hands-on work. Background in landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, equipment operation, tree care, etc., is helpful but not required. Able to lift up to 80 lbs. & engage in active work for 8-10 hours per day. · Reliable: Must have driver’s license and reasonably clean driving record. CDL license is helpful but not required. On-time for work. Will safely operate company equipment. · Desire to Learn: Willing to learn about the tree services industry, operating equipment, etc. · Team Player: Willing to engage in an energetic, fun team. Demonstrates humility, desire to contribute to the team, and care for others. · Safety Conscious: Willing to follow the rules and guidelines that contribute to a safe work environment.
