We are looking for an energetic go-getter who isn’t afraid of hard work, who wants to grow with the company and who sees his/her contribution as a career more than just a job. This person will become a key component in our business and will be trained on all aspects of the position. No prior experience with closet construction or window coverings is required, however, you must have excellent people skills, and be able and willing to work. Most weeks you will work Monday-Thursday with 40+ hours and a 3 day weekend. We are looking for a candidate that will show up on time, work hard, maintain a great attitude, and is more than willing to work extra hours when necessary. If you have experience pulling a trailer that would be helpful. You will need to be able to read a tape measure, and use saws and drills accurately. Lifting 75+ pounds happens on a weekly basis. If you are the right candidate (you WILL have to prove yourself) the pay will increase rapidly and substantially.
