Responsibilities of Porter / Grounds Keeper: • Pick up trash & debris from grounds • Lawn care • Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up. • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. • Light make ready duties as necessary • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus! Porter / Grounds Keeper Technician Requirements • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to work well with a team. • Have reliable transportation.
