The Liberty Group is needing to HIRE 10 Make Ready Techs to start ASAP in the Austin area! Make Ready technicians prepare units for property move-ins and help to make sure that the property maintains a comfortable condition for its residents. We are currently looking for full time and part time Make Ready Technicians with experience working on at an apartment complex. Responsibilities of Make Ready Technician: • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Service basic electrical and plumbing needs of a property. This may include working on garbage disposals, ceiling fans, replacing toilets and light fixtures. • Perform pool and spa maintenance. • Assist maintenance team with general maintenance. • Clean and maintain the property grounds. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Follow company procedures regarding safety and emergencies. Make Ready Technician Requirements • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to work well with a team. • Must be able to bring their own tools to job site. • Experience in the Industry or Hospitality Industry a + • Have reliable transportation.
