We are a growing swimming pool startup with a tight-knit team and looking for reliable, experienced and friendly part-time new team member for pool cleaning, maintenance and equipment repair. If you also have an interest in learning how to build and install one of our specialty pools, that's a huge plus! You will be representing an exciting young swimming pool brand with a fun culture and a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate has: 1+ year experience in cleaning and servicing pools. A CPO is preferable, but we’d consider training the right person with enthusiasm to learn. Flexible availability. A reliable vehicle. A good attitude. Willingness to learn a different kind of pool service. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter mentality. Plumbing or handyman experience is a plus. Ability to problem-solve and decision-make; mechanically inclined. Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record. 1-2 weeks of in-person training is required. Pay is based on experience. We reimburse for mileage and provide all tools and equipment. We will do our best to keep a regular weekly schedule, but you may need to be somewhat flexible in your availability. No weekends.
