Manufacturing Company Looking for Machine Operator (DAY SHIFT 5:00am – 3:00pm) We are a manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie. We are adding new production equipment and looking for new operators to add to our great group of employees. Main job tasks :  Operate production equipment  Monitor flow of product. Start/stop equipment and watch for jams or bad product.  Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to equipment  Assist with packing/stacking if needed (teamwork)  Keep work area clean  Operate forklifts as needed  Assist maintenance technicians with repairs when necessary (mechanical aptitude a PLUS !)  Leadership & Accountability are a PLUS. We promote from within for supervisor positions. Compensation & Benefits  Full time position at $15/hour  Employer covers 80% of health insurance (inc. dental & vision)  Lots of overtime available  Relaxed, positive work environment  All major holidays are paid  Monthly Production Bonus Must be able to work at a FAST PACE in a Texas manufacturing environment. Work schedule is from 5:00AM to 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday with overtime available Friday and Saturday. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
