Maintains all aspects of building and equipment. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, have good work habits and the ability to communicate with co-workers. Description: Some knowledge of electric, plumbing and air systems Plow Snow Cut Grass Paint Change lightbulbs Move furniture and equipment Clean Use a power washer Help Implement preventive maintenance schedule Must have some computer skills, specifically in excel and word Performs repairs using lockout/tagout procedures Must have a valid drivers license with no/minimal citations Knowledge of electric(including 3 phase), plumbing and air systems Able to work with refrigeration/freon Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule Establish list of vendors to work with Must have some computer skills, specifically in excel and word Performs repairs using lockout/tagout procedures Conducts training seminars for company employees as needed Must have a valid drivers license with no/minimal citations Perform such other duties in connection with the job that may be assigned by management
