We at Farrell Properties manage several rental properties within Burlington and South Burlington and are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our always growing team! A great team member will have the following skills: Good time management Prioritizing skills Ability to multi-task Personal and professional experience with basic maintenance requirements: painting, plumbing, general maintenance, light construction. Snow removal - plowing, shoveling, salting On call over weekends once a month 2- 3 years of experience preferred. While working with Farrell Properties you will have access to a company work truck provided during work hours - Full time benefits package and paid medical insurance. Must have a valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the United States.
